Certified translations are translations certified with the seal and signature of a court interpreter. The most frequently translated documents are tender documents, official personal documents such as certificates and diplomas, testimonials, agreements, court decisions, verdicts, etc. Certified translations are valid for an unlimited period of time, unless otherwise stipulated by law. Foreign official documents have to be translated into the official language of the country where they are used. When certified by the court interpreter, the translation becomes an official document. We provide certified translation services to various commercial companies, organizations, and institutions, as well as to legal and natural entities. Court interpreters usually produce certified translations of the following documents: court decisions, verdicts, and other legal documents agreements, notarial deeds, powers of attorney diplomas and miscellaneous certificates school and grade reports medical documents (discharge summaries, clinical studies, specialist findings, autopsy findings, medication instructions, etc.). The layout of certified translations is specified in the Regulation on Permanent Court Interpreters issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia. The Regulation stipulates the layout of the title page, the method of documenting and marking the translation, declaration text, and the type and color of the seal.
